We are seeking a Certified Oracle BPM 12c Engineer with solid experience in implementing Oracle SOA, BPM, and ECM solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading full-cycle implementations, strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware, and the ability to collaborate effectively in remote environments. This position offers flexibility for LATAM-based professionals and can be structured as a project-based or long-term engagement, depending on experience and mutual fit.

• Design, develop, and implement business processes using Oracle BPM Suite 12c.
• Integrate and manage SOA and ECM components within the Oracle Fusion Middleware environment.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize and maintain BPM workflows and integrations to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle BPM, SOA, and middleware components.
• Document system configurations, architecture, and process flows.
• Participate in code reviews, performance testing, and deployment planning.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• Oracle BPM Suite 12c Certified Implementation Specialist (mandatory).
• At least 3 full implementation cycles of Oracle SOA, BPM, and ECM projects.
• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware and process modeling tools.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working in fully remote teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in international or enterprise-level projects.
• Knowledge of WebLogic Server, Oracle Service Bus (OSB), Java, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
